Accessing Your Pet's Medical Records

IDEXX Neo is a cloud-based practice management software that allows you to access your pets' medical records and vaccination history, as well as verify your next scheduled appointment. It also enables you to change the address, phone number, and other information that we have on record for you. 

We take all of our clients' privacy and security very seriously, and will not allow anyone to access these medical records without prior confirmation. If you would like to create a username and password, call us during business hours at (413) 267-5141, or send us an email. Registration is very simple; after contacting us, you will receive an email from IDEXX with a link attached. Clicking this link allows you to create a username and password (the latter must be at least 6 characters long and include at least one capitalized letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character) that are unique for each user. Once you have done this, you can log in to the website at any time using the portal below.
